Chapterrs in the textbook can be lengthy and so can any assignment based on them. To help students organize their time and increase efficiency, lengthy assignments are divided into smaller portions often marked as Part A, Part B, etc.
Therefore, visit the course calendar, click on the assignment entry, and see which part is due on that date. Each part, in a multi-part assignment, is completed as a single (separate) assignment on a new sheet of paper with a proper heading. So an assignment broken into three parts (Part A, B, and C) will appear in the student notebook as three successive assignments on separate sheets of paper with their own heading.
