World History and Geography is a two-year course that guides students through a study of world history via themes (in chronological order). This site is divided into the first two terms of this course (HGS10 & HGS20). HGS10 spans from Pre-History to the High Middle Ages (14th C.), while HGS20 begins with the High Middle Ages and ends with the Enlightenment (17th C).
HGS10 begins in September for incoming 9th graders and ends in January. HGS20 picks up in February for the same 9th graders.
